0

The bungalow on which former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav was accused of beak theft and the bungalow on which Mulayam Singh went to CM Yogi’s office to meet him, have now returned to the news. There had been a lot of political slander about the former CM who left the bungalow three years ago. After three and a half years, the same bungalow has once again raised the political temperature in the poll-bound state. Cleaning and repair work on Akhilesh and Mulayam’s bungalow on Vikramaditya Marg has started, Dainik Bhaskar reported. However, the Executive Engineer, Department of Public Works, Lucknow issued a press release and said that cleaning works in these houses are carried out from time to time as required.

Ahead of the election results, the UP government’s property department has the two bungalows, which have been closed for 3 years and 8 months, repaired and cleaned. The interesting thing is that the responsibility of the State Assets Department is with CM Yogi’s ACS. These developments are now seen as a sign of change in the corridors of power.

Bungalows number 4 and 5, located on the Vikramaditya Marg in Lucknow, were allocated to former chief ministers Akhilesh and Mulayam Singh. They were released in June 2018 following the Supreme Court order. These have not been awarded to anyone for 3 years 8 months. Because of this, bushes had grown everywhere. Officials from the State Property Department began repair and clean-up work inside by closing the gate from the outside.

The fittings are also replaced as well as the plaster on the walls and ceilings of bungalow number 5. An anti-termite (anti-termite) treatment is in progress. The glasses have been replaced. The interior of the premises was also cleaned twice. Company trucks secretly came out carrying the garbage.

A luxurious 60,000 square foot bungalow was prepared for Akhilesh Yadav when he was CM. The property is located in the posh Vikramaditya Marg area of Lucknow. Akhilesh left his father’s house and settled in this bungalow with his family. When the government changed in the state, the law also changed. The government bungalows of half a dozen former chief ministers of Uttar Pradesh were evacuated after the Supreme Court order.

This included former CM Akhilesh and Mulayam Singh’s bungalow. Mulayam Singh also asked for time to meet CM but did not get it. After that, both had left the bungalow. However, the BJP had heavily targeted Akhilesh Yadav over the vandalism that took place during the evacuation of the bungalow and even called him a beak thief.
