Visakhapatnam: Andhra University signed a memorandum of understanding with the Indian Navy on Monday.
The Registrar of Andhra University, Prof. V Krishna Mohan, and the Brigadier-in-Chief of Naval Headquarters, RS Rawal, signed and exchanged the MOU documents in the presence of the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor PVGD Prasad Reddy. Speaking on the occasion, Rawal said final year engineering students will benefit from internship opportunities as part of their projects. In accordance with the memorandum of understanding, the professors of the civil engineering department will extend their assistance to the construction work of the Navy.
Meanwhile, the university has issued notification of admission to various PG degree and diploma programs such as Yoga, Journalism and Mass Communication, Carnatic Music, Soft Skills, Photography, Drama, the staging, etc. Applicants are advised to download the application form and information. brochure of the site www.audoa.in.
Completed applications along with the required registration fee in the form of a draft application for each applied course must reach the Admissions Office at Andhra University no later than October 22.
The advice for the PG diploma courses will take place on the morning of 25 October and for the diploma courses in the afternoon.
